Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos spellslinger control and burn strategy piloted by Judith, Carnage Connoisseur. The game plan revolves around leveraging Judith's static trigger to grant cheap red damage spells deathtouch and lifelink, transforming low-cost sweepers like Pyroclasm and Whipflare into complete, asymmetric creature board wipes that simultaneously net immense life totals. When board clearing is unnecessary, Judith generates 2/2 Imp creature tokens that deal direct damage to all opponents upon dying. The deck closes games by deploying damage multipliers such as Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, and Fiery Emancipation, which scale both spell damage and Imp death triggers to lethal levels. While exceptionally potent at controlling creature-based boards and stabilizing life totals, the deck relies heavily on natural card draws and faces vulnerability to noncreature combo strategies and enchantment-based permanents.
