Deck overview

This Grixis deck is an aggressive, high-synergy Pirate tribal and Treasure engine commanded by Edward Kenway. The primary game plan establishes early board presence with low-cost Pirates and mana rocks, casting Edward on Turn 4 to convert tapped attackers and Vehicles into Treasure ramp and card theft. The deck compounds this mana and card advantage through engines like Professional Face-Breaker, Grim Hireling, and Breeches, Brazen Plunderer. On Turn 6, it converts banked Treasures and a wide creature board into decisive lethal combat using multipliers such as Shared Animosity, Angrath's Marauders, and Port Razer, or by securing an alternate win condition via Revel in Riches. It also houses an efficient two-card infinite damage combo with Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Glint-Horn Buccaneer. The deck applies relentless combat pressure and steals opposing resources, though it remains susceptible to well-timed board sweepers.
