Deck overview

This Golgari deck centers on Baba Lysaga, Night Witch, turning multi-type permanents into massive card advantage and steady life drain. By using artifact lands, enchantment creatures, and man-lands, the deck easily satisfies Baba Lysaga's requirement to sacrifice three card types at once. Activating the commander draws three cards and drains each opponent for three life every turn. The deck ramps during early turns, establishes its commander by Turn 3 or 4, and uses untap effects like Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler and Instill Energy to double its output. In the mid-game, powerful payoffs like Titania, Protector of Argoth, Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest, and Marionette Master turn every sacrifice into 5/3 Elemental tokens, massive team-wide power buffs, and lethal life loss. Robust land recursion from cards like Splendid Reclamation and Ramunap Excavator ensures the engine never runs out of fuel.
