Deck overview

Queza, Augur of Agonies anchors a fast Esper control-combo shell. The primary plan is to assemble Demonic Consultation plus Thassa's Oracle and win on the spot, protected by a dense countermagic suite. A slower but viable backup uses Bolas's Citadel with Sensei's Divining Top and Aetherflux Reservoir to chain spells, gain life, and finish via Aetherflux or Queza drains. Early stax pieces like Drannith Magistrate, Lavinia, and Narset slow opponents while cheap draw and tutors find the combo pieces. Queza herself is an optional drain/life engine: every draw spell becomes chip damage and life gain, but the deck does not rely on her to win.
