Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck is led by Sai, Master Thopterist and focuses on swarming the board with flying Thopter tokens while converting cheap artifacts into steady card advantage. The deck ramps early using low-cost mana rocks and cost reducers like Etherium Sculptor and Sol Ring, enabling Sai to hit the board on Turn 2 or 3. Once established, casting artifact spells triggers Sai to generate 1/1 flying Thopters, creating an evasive army while drawing extra cards through engines like Shimmer Dragon, Vedalken Archmage, and Thopter Spy Network. The deck wins through wide combat damage, turning small tokens into lethal attackers with mass pump effects such as Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, Master of Etherium, and Forsaken Monument, or by attacking with giant individual threats like Kappa Cannoneer, Broodstar, and Darksteel Juggernaut. While resilient against single-target removal, the deck is vulnerable to artifact sweepers and lacks tutors, relying instead on high card velocity to assemble its win conditions.
