Commander: The Notary Hobbits

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

The Notary Hobbits is a mono-green, creature-heavy combo deck built to chain untap effects into infinite mana and then finish through Walking Ballista, Aetherflux Reservoir, Blasting Station, or a massive Finale of Devastation/Craterhoof swing. The commander acts as a reusable mana engine: its two nonlegendary tokens multiply Halfling count, and once a haste or untap effect is online, each Halfling taps for several green. Backup lines use Food Chain with Eternal Scourge and druid-based untap loops. Zilortha is a tutorable beatdown finisher rather than a hidden commander. The plan is to ramp one turn, deploy Notary on turn three, then assemble an untap outlet and a win condition to end the game by turns four or five.
