Deck overview

This deck is a mono-green Bear tribal and landfall stompy deck led by The Earth King. The game plan focuses on casting the commander early to generate a 4/4 Bear token, then attacking with power 4 or greater creatures to repeatedly pull basic Forests from the library straight onto the battlefield. This surge of land ramp triggers powerful landfall generators such as Rampaging Baloths, Titania, Nature's Force, and Scute Swarm, while fueling high-power draw engines like Garruk's Uprising and The Great Henge. Once a wide board of enlarged Bears, Beasts, and Elementals is established, the deck finishes opponents through overwhelming overrun effects like Overwhelming Stampede, Finale of Devastation, Unnatural Growth, and Akroma's Memorial. The deck boasts rapid acceleration and resilient backup threats, though it remains exposed to instant-speed board wipes and lacks stack interaction against opposing noncreature combo wins.
