Deck overview

This is a Golgari token-combo/aristocrats build helmed by Hazel of the Rootbloom, playing as a "tokens matter" value engine that converts a growing hoard of Squirrels, Foods, and Treasures into mana, cards, and ultimately a win. The primary plan is to establish a token factory - Chatterfang, Squirrel General, Peregrin Took, Academy Manufactor, Doubling Season, Parallel Lives - and then run the infinite loop of Pitiless Plunderer plus Woe Strider under Chatterfang, generating infinite death triggers, infinite tokens, and infinite mana, finished by Mirkwood Bats, Nadier's Nightblade, Marionette Apprentice, or a massive Torment of Hailfire. Hazel doubles the swarm every end step and taps it for colored mana, acting as a mid-game engine rather than a required piece. A secondary beatdown path via Beastmaster Ascension, Deep Forest Hermit, The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl, and Garruk, Cursed Huntsman wins through sheer token mass when the loop isn't assembled.
