Deck overview

This is a Grixis Curse tribal deck helmed by Lynde, Cheerful Tormentor, built to grind out incremental advantage through a dense suite of Curses. The primary game plan involves attaching Curses to opponents to trigger drain effects (Torment of Scarabs, Curse of the Pierced Heart, Maddening Hex), draw additional cards (Curse of Verbosity, Curse of Surveillance), and create combat incentives (Curse of Opulence, Curse of Hospitality). Lynde acts as the engine: she recurs Curses from the graveyard each turn and lets you move a Curse off yourself to one of your opponents, drawing two cards each time. The deck aims to slowly bleed the table while using Curse of Misfortunes to continually tutor new Curses. Secondary value comes from enchantment-triggered permanents like Grim Guardian, Forgeborn Oreads, and Entity Tracker. There are no infinite combos; victory is achieved through attrition and political manipulation.
