Commander: Glissa, Herald of Predation

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Golgari deck deploys a relentless Phyrexian tribal and counter-based aggro engine led by Glissa, Herald of Predation. Glissa acts as a modular battlefield engine, alternately incubating new Phyrexian tokens, flipping them into formidable artifact creatures for free, and granting the team first strike and deathtouch to force disastrous combat choices for defenders. The deck pursues two primary routes to victory: overwhelming the table with enormous Phyrexian creatures amplified by counter-doublers and stat multipliers like Unnatural Growth and Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus, or eliminating players via toxic and proliferate engines using Venerated Rotpriest, Fynn, the Fangbearer, and Vraska's Fall.
