Deck overview

This deck is an optimized cEDH Yuriko tempo and combo list designed to generate early card advantage, deploy dense free interaction, and finish with a compact instant-win combo. The game plan opens on Turn 1 with an evasive creature like Changeling Outcast or Faerie Seer, setting up a Turn 2 Commander ninjutsu activation for Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow. This bypasses commander tax completely, refilling the hand and burning opponents with high-mana cards like Shadow of Mortality and Temporal Trespass. The deck uses this card flow and fast mana to assemble its primary win condition: Thassa's Oracle combined with Demonic Consultation. With an elite suite of zero-mana counterspells including Fierce Guardianship and Flare of Denial, along with free removal like Deadly Rollick and Snuff Out, the deck protects its own win attempts while disrupting opposing competitive lines.
