This is a high-power five-color Dragon tribal deck helmed by The Ur-Dragon. Eminence permanently discounts every Dragon spell by {1} from the command zone, while the body turns each combat into a massive draw-and-cheat engine that dumps permanents directly onto the battlefield. The plan is classic big-mana Dragons: accelerate with dorks, rocks, and rituals, stack cost reducers (Dragonspeaker Shaman, Urza's Incubator, Dragonlord's Servant), then vomit out a critical mass of hasty fliers.
