Deck overview

This deck is a classic mono-black Zombie tribal and aristocrats strategy led by Ghoulcaller Gisa. It looks to spend the early turns developing utility Zombies, card-draw engines like Cryptbreaker and Midnight Reaper, and setting up death triggers. Once Gisa enters the battlefield on turn 5, she sacrifices high-power creatures to double and multiply the board's Zombie count. The deck converts broad boards into victory via anthem lords such as Death Baron and Lord of the Accursed, heavy burst burn from Gray Merchant of Asphodel, or passive table drain with Plague Belcher, Bastion of Remembrance, and Ayara, First of Locthwain. Because ramp and fast mana are minimal, it operates primarily at standard casual curve speeds.
