Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue artifact engine and combat swarm strategy led by Sai, Master Thopterist. The primary plan focuses on deploying Sai early and casting efficient artifacts to build a wide army of 1/1 flying Thopters while drawing cards through Sai and coastal piracy effects like Research Thief and Reconnaissance Mission. Once a critical mass of artifact permanents is established, the deck pivots into a decisive win on Turn 6 through mass animation or pump effects, notably Cyberdrive Awakener, Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, and Forsaken Monument. A robust suite of low-cost countermagic (Swan Song, Counterspell, Strix Serenade) and asymmetric tools like Desynchronization protect the board and disrupt opponents. While vulnerable to mass artifact sweepers, the deck leverages high card velocity and resilient engines like Simulacrum Synthesizer and Emry, Lurker of the Loch to rebuild quickly and close games across two combat cycles.
