Commander: Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This deck is a five-color legendary-combo shell helmed by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain, whose activated ability tutors any legendary permanent directly onto the battlefield. The primary win condition is the Thassa's Oracle + Demonic Consultation / Tainted Pact line, which exiles the library and triggers a win on the spot. A dense package of fast mana (Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Mox Diamond, Chrome Mox, Lotus Petal, Lion's Eye Diamond, Dark Ritual) and rituals combined with a world-class tutor suite (ten-plus premium tutors plus Survival of the Fittest and Sisay herself) allows the deck to assemble its win extremely early. Secondary lines involve Underworld Breach + Lion's Eye Diamond + Wheel of Fortune to mill and win through Thoracle, or simply Ad Nauseam into an empty library. The commander provides a repeatable, stack-bypassing tutor that also enables explosive turns by fetching legendary protection or value pieces like The One Ring and Smothering Tithe.
