Deck overview

This is a general-power Jund Dragon deck led by Ziatora, the Incinerator. Its main plan is to ramp into Ziatora, fill the graveyard with large creatures, and use Chainer, Nightmare Adept or Feldon of the Third Path to provide hasty sacrifice fodder. Each sacrificed creature becomes direct damage and Treasure mana. The deck also has a secondary Dragon plan using Lathliss, Dragon Queen, Terror of the Peaks, Balefire Dragon, and Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire. The strongest ordinary engine begins around turn 8 and can deal 18 damage per turn with Yargle and Multani, but it needs repeated creatures, discard cards, and five mana. It therefore takes many turns to eliminate a full table. Removal, graveyard hate, and disruption aimed at Ziatora or Chainer are especially effective. The deck has useful removal and some recursion, but limited protection, selection, and early acceleration.
