Deck overview

Izzet spellslinger deck that wins by chaining instants/sorceries and multiplying them with Thousand-Year Storm. Zaffai provides card selection and a backup finisher: copied MV 5 spells create 4/4 Elementals, and MV 10 spells randomly deal 10. The primary plan builds a storm/magecraft engine with rituals (Seething Song, Mana Geyser) and mana producers (Storm-Kiln Artist, Molten-Core Maestro), then kills via Crackle with Power, Mind's Desire chains, or an infinite Dualcaster Mage-Ember Island Production loop. The commander is a value piece; each registered combo functions without her, so the deck is robust to removal. Secondary beatdown paths come from hasty tokens via Rionya and Roar of Resistance.
