Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger and storm-tempo strategy helmed by Stella Lee, Wild Card. The game plan revolves around casting multiple low-cost cantrips and burn spells each turn to trigger incremental card advantage, direct damage, and token creation. Early turns focus on mana development and library filtering with cards like Ponder, Preordain, and Arcane Signet before deploying Stella Lee on Turn 3. Once assembled on Turn 4, Stella Lee duplicates high-impact instants and sorceries while exiles from her second-spell trigger keep the hand replenished. The deck reaches critical pressure around Turn 6 by chaining spells with engines like Guttersnipe, Aria of Flame, Veyran, Voice of Duality, and Talrand, Sky Summoner. Opponents face combined flying token pressure and noncombat burn, closing out the table by Turn 8. While the list lacks infinite untap loops and free countermagic, its dense redundancy of spell-velocity payoffs provides resilient, compounding value across extended multiplayer games.
