Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact storm deck is commanded by Mm'menon, the Right Hand, an engine that allows artifact spells to be cast directly from the top of the library while turning artifacts into mana sources for off-hand spells. The primary game plan revolves around assembling a three-piece infinite loop using a top-deck casting enabler, an artifact cost reducer such as Etherium Sculptor or Cloud Key, and Sensei's Divining Top. Once assembled, the deck draws its entire library at zero net mana cost, quickly securing victory on Turn 5 through Glaring Fleshraker damage triggers, an Altar of the Brood mill-out, or Laboratory Maniac. Alternative lines feature Mana Severance to exile all lands and cast continuous chains of artifacts, generating overwhelming token swarms via Sai, Master Thopterist and Efficient Construction. Redundancies like Mystic Forge and The Reality Chip ensure that the deck can execute its primary win conditions even without access to its commander.
