Deck overview

This mono-red Commander deck is piloted by Imodane, the Pyrohammer, turning single-target creature burn spells into symmetrical board-wide damage against all opponents. The strategy aims to deploy Imodane on turn 3 or 4, establish a damage-doubling or damage-tripling effect like Fiery Emancipation, City on Fire, or Dictate of the Twin Gods, and then cast high-damage removal spells like Shivan Meteor, Scorching Shot, or Lightning Axe. Due to exponential damage multiplication, a single 5-damage burn spell deals 15 damage to a creature, triggering Imodane to deal 45 damage to every opponent simultaneously. The deck is packed with efficient creature removal that doubles as primary win conditions. While it possesses tremendous explosive burst potential, its reliance on natural card draws for non-creature permanents, lack of enchantment interaction, and limited stack protection leave it vulnerable to well-timed removal and empty opponent creature boards.
