Commander: Bello, Bard of the Brambles

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bello, Bard of the Brambles leads a Gruul midrange beatdown strategy centered on high-cost non-Equipment artifacts and non-Aura enchantments. During your turn, Bello animates all four-mana or greater artifacts and enchantments into indestructible, hasty 4/4 Elementals that draw cards on combat damage. The game plan relies on deploying ramp pieces early, casting Bello, and chaining high-impact utility cards like Sunbirds Invocation, Unnatural Growth, and Berserkers Onslaught. These permanents generate overwhelming card advantage while attacking safely through opposing blockers. The deck wins by amplifying creature stats and closing out the game through sustained combat steps or direct burn triggers.
