Commander: Beorn the Fierce

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Beorn the Fierce leads a mono-green Bear-tribal stompy deck built around a simple loop: accelerate lands, flood the board with Bears, use Beorn's combat trigger to draw two cards once three Bears are on the battlefield, and convert the wide board into a one-shot trample kill. Beorn is simultaneously the anthem (+2/+2 to other Bears) and the draw engine, so the deck maximizes Bear density through Ayula, Queen Among Bears, Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, Surrak and Goreclaw, Mother Bear, and token engines like Ayula's Influence and Bearscape. Ramp is abundant: Rampant Growth, Cultivate, Skyshroud Claim, plus extra-land effects Exploration, Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove, and Case of the Locked Hothouse. Finishers are trample pump spells - Unnatural Growth, Overwhelming Stampede, and Preposterous Proportions. The deck has no infinite combos; its depth comes from land recursion (Lumra, Bellow of the Woods), repeated Bear production, and top-deck advantage (Realmwalker, Growing Rites of Itlimoc // Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun).
