Deck overview

This deck is a dedicated mono-black Zombie tribal deck commanded by Ghoulcaller Gisa. The primary strategy focuses on developing resilient Zombie creatures in the early game, deploying Gisa, and leveraging her sacrifice ability to exponentially grow a wide army of 2/2 Zombie tokens. Once established, the deck transitions into a lethal threat using powerful tribal lords such as Undead Warchief, Death Baron, and Cemetery Reaper, or aristocrat life-drain engines like Vengeful Dead, Ayara, First of Locthwain, and Gray Merchant of Asphodel. While the deck features robust graveyard recursion and asymmetric creature attrition through Noxious Ghoul and Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, it operates at a traditional casual pace without fast mana or infinite combos. Its primary vulnerabilities are a lack of instant-speed stack interaction, vulnerability to mass board exile, and minimal proactive protection for its commander.
