Deck overview

Gandalf, Party Guest anchors a Jeskai legendary-Wizard deck in which the commander rarely attacks. The goal is to hold a critical number of legendary Wizards so the combat-start trigger can free-cast huge instants and sorceries. The primary plan is the Full Throttle plus Insurrection line: use precombat mana, then let Gandalf freecast Insurrection, and convert it through extra combat damage. Secondary routes are you Alternate paths crush board states: Repercussion paired with Blasphemous Act, Thousand-Year Storm copy chains, and Niv-Mizzet or Gandalf the Grey pings. The other legendary Wizards are supports, not hidden commanders; the deck is built entirely around Gandalf, Party Guest.
