Deck overview

Saruman, the White Hand anchors a spells-matter amass deck: every noncreature spell grows an Orc Army, and Goblins/Orcs gain ward 2. The primary plan is to cast cheap instants and sorceries, amass into one huge Army, then close with Assault on Osgiliath or an unblockable equipped Army. Secondary paths are an infinite Mayhem Devil/Smaug the Impenetrable/Pain for All drain, goblin swarm pressure from Krenko and Siege-Gang Commander, and a Wraith token army under Lord of the Nazgul. There is no true hidden commander; the 99 is built around Saruman's trigger while retaining enough redundancy to keep functioning without him.
