Deck overview

This deck is a mono-white Angel tribal and lifegain midrange list commanded by Ob Nixilis, the Ascended. The strategy focuses on establishing early mana and lifegain foundations through enablers like Giada, Font of Hope, Authority of the Consuls, and Pristine Talisman. In the mid game, it deploys resilient flying threats such as Lyra Dawnbringer, Valkyrie Harbinger, and Nykthos Paragon to generate scaling +1/+1 counters and 4/4 Angel tokens. Casting Ob Nixilis, the Ascended punishes aggressive opponents by wiping their tapped creatures while providing life buffer and steady token production. The deck closes games around Turn 9 through overwhelming aerial combat buffed by True Conviction or alternate win conditions like Approach of the Second Sun and Felidar Sovereign. Strong defensive tools like Dawn's Truce and Make a Stand shield the board against sweepers.
