Fire Lord Zuko by JustGabe

Format: Commander

Commander: Fire Lord Zuko

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Fire Lord Zuko is an exile-cast Allies beatdown deck. The commander's firebending attack trigger produces red mana equal to its power, and its second ability puts a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control whenever you cast a spell from exile or a permanent you control enters from exile. The primary plan is to build a wide board of Ally tokens and use impulse-exile engines-Tavern Brawler, Prosper, Laelia, Professional Face-Breaker-to keep casting spells from exile, growing the team and fueling combat mana. Secondary paths are value midrange via Plargg/Etali and large pump effects like Sokka's Charge or Sozin's Comet. There is no double-faced commander; Zuko, Exiled Prince is the closest hidden-commander echo, mirroring the commander's firebending and exile play.
