Landalf The Blink by Bleeding-gums-Murphy

Format: Commander

Commander: Gandalf, Shadow's Foe

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Gandalf, Shadow's Foe is a mono-blue landfall/blink value engine. The deck repeatedly flickers or returns lands to trigger Gandalf's draw ability while digging for an infinite loop. Primary wins come from mana-neutral flicker loops (Archaeomancer plus Peregrine Drake or Palinchron plus Ghostly Flicker, or Deadeye Navigator) and finish with Altar of the Brood milling all opponents or Dour Port-Mage plus Laboratory Maniac. Gandalf accelerates both assembly and recovery, but the deck does not depend on him. A secondary landfall package with Patron of the Moon, Amulet of Vigor, and Retreat to Coralhelm provides alternate routes into the same outlets.
