Commander: Wilson, Refined Grizzly and Agent of the Shadow Thieves

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Golgari (+1/+1 counters) voltron deck uses Wilson, Refined Grizzly as the primary threat and Agent of the Shadow Thieves as its Background to grow Wilson quickly while granting deathtouch and indestructible during combat. The main plan is to pile counters onto Wilson with doublers like Branching Evolution, Innkeeper's Talent, and Hydra's Growth, then finish via commander damage - often accelerated by Fireshrieker or Unnatural Growth. A secondary win condition uses Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord: sacrificing huge creatures (Yargle and Multani, a pumped Wilson) to drain each opponent. The deck packs a dense tutor suite to assemble its pieces early, but its interaction and draw are thin, making it a focused but fragile linear strategy.
