Captain Howler is a discard-centric Izzet beatdown deck that uses looting and mass discard to pump one creature while filling the graveyard. The commander is both engine and finisher: each discarded card can make Howler or an unblockable carrier like Cephalid Inkshrouder lethal, with Chandra's Ignition as a one-shot table kill. Secondary lines use Brallin, Glint-Horn Buccaneer, and Magmakin Artillerist to drain all opponents, and extra combat spells like Fear of Missing Out, Fury of the Horde, and Great Train Heist spread a pumped Howler across multiple combats. There is no fast infinite combo, so the deck relies on chaining discard triggers and protecting its key creature through a handful of countermagic and shroud effects.
