Deck overview

This deck is a mono-white artifact-control strategy helmed by Eight-and-a-Half-Tails. The primary game plan is to deploy a dense artifact shell - featuring ramp, recursion, and value engines - while leveraging the commander's protection ability to shield key pieces from removal. The deck lacks a focused, fast win condition; instead, it aims to outlast opponents through repeated artifact recursion, establishing a "can't lose the game" lock (Platinum Angel, Cloudsteel Kirin, The Book of Exalted Deeds) and grinding out the table with Karma + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth as a slow, symmetrical damage source. The commander is a utility piece that can protect permanents by making them white and then giving them protection from white, but the deck does not rely on it for its core engine. The overall strategy is durdly, with no infinite combos or clear path to victory, making it heavily dependent on artifact resilience and opponent misplays.
