Deck overview

This is a Jeskai suspend/time-counter engine built around co-commanders Rose Tyler and the Tenth Doctor. The Tenth Doctor converts every attack into free suspended card advantage, while Rose Tyler grows off the same time counters. The primary plan is to suspend large hasty threats, accelerate their arrival with time-travel effects, and finish with combat damage, often through a wide board or Kate Stewart's overrun. Secondary paths include The War Doctor as a scaling damage/removal piece and The Moment as a time-counter-powered wipe. There is no infinite combo in the list; winning is incremental. The hidden commander is the War Doctor, which accumulates time counters from the deck's constant exiling and can act as a finisher.
