Deck overview

This is a Sultai landfall-mill deck helmed by Homer, the Hermit, whose landfall trigger mills opponents based on the number of Crabs (and related types) you control. The deck's core loop is playing extra lands, recursing them from the graveyard, and converting every landfall into mass milling via Ruin Crab, Hedron Crab, Altar of the Brood, and Homer himself - amplified by Maskwood Nexus and Leyline of Transformation to supercharge the commander's count. Secondary wins include token beats from Scute Swarm, Rampaging Baloths, and Field of the Dead, plus a deep graveyard recursion package (Muldrotha, the Gravetide, Genesis, Splendid Reclamation, Lumra, Bellow of the Woods) that keeps the engine running through disruption. The deck is a value-mill engine that grinds opponents out over the midgame rather than racing to a fast combo.
