Cycle Masters 4 by Psyga315

Format: Commander

Commander: Angus Mackenzie

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Angus Mackenzie is a defensive stax deck that uses a repeatable combat fog on the commander to survive long enough to assemble a colorless mana combo. There is no hidden commander. The main line is Basalt Monolith with Power Artifact, producing infinite colorless mana, and Braingeyser to make an opponent draw their library. Secondary plans are slow: Cyclone's accumulating wind counters can eventually kill the table, and a small group of evasive/large creatures can attack after resource denial. The commander is not an engine; the deck functions without him, but his tap-fog is central to buying turns. Many cards are old-school land/artifact hate, giving the deck a prison-control identity.
