Deck overview

This is a Bant +1/+1-counter deck built to use Tidus, Yuna's Guardian as a recursive draw and proliferate engine. The primary plan is to put counters on cheap creatures, attack to trigger Cheer, and convert the extra cards into more counters. Heliod, Sun-Crowned plus Walking Ballista provides the primary infinite kill, while Pir/Toothy, Danny Pink, and Kutzil give hidden card-draw depth. The commander can move counters around, making a single attacker lethal or shifting a stack onto Walking Ballista. Mana is creature-heavy, so protection spells such as Heroic Intervention, Clever Concealment, and Mutational Advantage are essential. Countermagic and Grand Abolisher/Kutzil keep the combo clean.
