Deck overview

Teval, the Balanced Scale commands a Sultai graveyard-centric midrange deck focused on self-mill, land recursion, and reanimation. Teval attacks to mill cards and return lands to the battlefield, generating 2/2 Zombie Druid tokens whenever cards leave the graveyard. The primary strategy leverages early self-mill tools like Stitcher's Supplier and Grisly Salvage to fill the graveyard with high-impact threats such as Grave Titan, Sheoldred, Whispering One, and Valgavoth, Terror Eater. Reanimation spells like Reanimate, Necromancy, and Victimize bring these behemoths onto the battlefield ahead of curve. The deck closes games through overwhelming combat damage bolstered by Wonder and Demolisher Spawn, mass reanimation via Rise of the Dark Realms, or direct table-wide life loss using Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord.
