Deck overview

This is a five-color Sisay, Weatherlight Captain deck that uses a low-to-the-ground mana dork package to cast Sisay early, then turns her into a repeatable legendary tutor. The primary plan is to chain cheap multicolored legends-Derevi, Samut, Jegantha-to raise Sisay's power and open bigger tutor targets while a suite of counters and hatebears protects the sequence. The usual finish is Finale of Devastation with X=10 over a large dork/legend board, or a hasted commander-damage clock. Secondary paths are value generation from Rhystic Study/Smothering Tithe and light disruption from Kutzil, Lavinia, and Ranger-Captain. The deck is tutor-dense and fast, but it has no deterministic combo; its engine remains heavily tied to Sisay's battlefield presence.
