Deck overview

This is a Rakdos Dragon tribal deck helmed by Rivaz of the Claw, a commander who pulls double duty as a mana engine - tapping to produce two colored mana exclusively for Dragon spells - and a once-per-turn graveyard recursion engine that lets you recast Dragons from the bin. The plan is classic midrange: ramp through mana rocks, cost reducers (Dragonlord's Servant, Dragonspeaker Shaman, Nogi, Draco-Zealot), and Treasure generation, then deploy a swarm of evasive Dragons that generate value through ETB triggers like Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, Sarkhan's Unsealing, and Warstorm Surge. The primary win condition is combat damage, accelerated by Scourge of the Throne's extra combat phases and Terror of Mount Velus's double strike. A secondary combo line exists via Molten Echoes + Bladewing the Risen + Scourge of Valkas for repeatable pings. The deck is resilient through multiple recursion engines (Chainer, Nightmare Adept, Boneyard Scourge, Haven of the Spirit Dragon).
