Commander: Bristly Bill, Spine Sower

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Bristly Bill, Spine Sower is a mono-green landfall/counters deck. The primary plan is to chain land drops and fetchlands, use Traveling Chocobo to double every landfall trigger, and stack +1/+1 counters with Hardened Scales, Doubling Season, The Earth Crystal, and Bristly Bill's repeated doubling. Mossborn Hydra is the main kill condition, while Scute Swarm supplies a horde backup. The commander is an engine rather than a hidden combo piece; if it is removed, the deck can still grow through Mossborn, Chocobo, and token multipliers, but it loses about two turns. The deck is removal-dense for permanents but has almost no stack interaction and is most vulnerable to wraths and instant-speed removal on its key engines.
