Format: Commander

Commander: Toluz, Clever Conductor

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Toluz, Clever Conductor turns discard into reusable card advantage: any card you discard is exiled with it and returned when it dies. The deck is an Esper cycling/discard value machine that uses Fluctuator, cycling lands, and draw-three/discard-two spells to churn through the library while generating Drakes, Zombies, and -1/-1 counters. Toluz is the central engine, and the primary kill is a one-shot drain: with Syr Konrad on the battlefield, discard a large grip to Sickening Dreams; each discarded creature triggers Syr twice against every opponent, and Flare of Fortitude prevents your own life loss. Secondary wins come from Tivit, Darksteel Splicer golems, and Psychic Frog. No hidden commander; no infinite combo.
