Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet artifact storm build helmed by Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain. The primary game plan revolves around deploying Jhoira early, establishing cost reduction through permanents like Etherium Sculptor, Foundry Inspector, and Helm of Awakening, and chaining low-cost and zero-mana artifacts to draw through the deck in a single continuous turn. Mass bounce spells such as Retract, Hurkyl's Recall, and Paradoxical Outcome reset all deployed artifacts to hand, amplifying storm count and card draw exponentially. The primary kill condition is Aetherflux Reservoir, which accumulates enough life to eliminate all three opponents in a single burst of 50-damage activations, backed up by Reckless Fireweaver ping damage. If the storm line is disrupted, dense ramp enables a secondary big-mana pivot into Eldrazi titans such as Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, and Void Winnower, or card advantage through Mystic Forge.
