Deck overview

This is a mono-black Zombie tribal deck helmed by The Ghoul, Gunslinger, a 3-mana commander that turns every nontoken Zombie or Mutant death into two rad counters on a target player and a Treasure token when you target yourself. The deck blends a classic Zombie go-wide plan (Grave Titan, Josu Vess, Lich Knight, Army of the Damned) with the Fallout rad-counter mechanic to grind opponents via life loss and mill. Rad counters also fuel Vault 12: The Necropolis for token generation and Nuclear Fallout for a one-sided board wipe. The primary win conditions are combat damage from a horde of Zombies, devotion drain from Gray Merchant of Asphodel, and X-spells like Exsanguinate and Torment of Hailfire.
