Deck overview

This deck is a Boros spellslinger and token-swarm deck commanded by Aziza, Mage Tower Captain. The core game plan focuses on establishing an early board of cheap creature tokens to fuel Aziza's ability, which copies instant and sorcery spells whenever three untapped creatures are tapped. Duplicating token-creation sorceries rapidly cascades the board state from a few 1/1s into an overwhelming army. The deck capitalizes on this explosive creature velocity through lethal area-of-effect entry pingers such as Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, and Agate Instigator, burning all opponents simultaneously without needing to wait for summoning sickness to wear off. Rituals like Battle Hymn and Jeska's Will generate massive mana spikes to fuel game-ending X-spells like Song of Totentanz. Supported by robust defensive cards like Teferi's Protection and Clever Concealment, the deck balances wide aggression, spellslinging velocity, and burn inevitability.
