tyranids v3.3 🝗 by sapphic.cinis

Format: Commander

Commander: Magus Lucea Kane

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Magus Lucea Kane is the engine of a Temur Tyranid X-spell deck. The plan is to ramp early, cast the commander on turn four, then use her copied X triggers to double every huge Ravenous creature and X ramp spell. Unbound Flourishing, Doubling Season, and The First Tyrannic War multiply counters and tokens, while Winged Hive Tyrant provides flying and haste and Coat of Arms/Clamavus turn the swarm into a one-shot kill. The hidden commander is really the X in the mana cost: Magus, Sporocyst, Tervigon, Broodlord, and Zoanthrope all feed the same counter and token engine. The deck is resilient but linear, winning mainly through exponential creature mass rather than combo.
