Deck overview

Heroes in a Half Shell is a five-color tribal value engine: play Turtles/Mutants, attack with haste/menace/trample, and convert each hit into +1/+1 counters and cards. The primary plan is a snowballing attack step, doubling counters with Hardened Scales, Michelangelo, Weirdness to 11, and Branching Evolution, then chaining extra combats from Raph & Leo, Sibling Rivals and Raphael, Tag Team Tough to reach 21 commander damage per opponent. Secondary win lines are Shredder, Shadow Master's life-loss and Raphael, the Muscle's doubled damage from countered creatures. The deck is built to feed Heroes' attack trigger; there is no true hidden commander, but Shredder and the extra-combat pair serve as the finishers.
