Deck overview

Tinybones, Bauble Burglar turns opposing discard into access to exiled cards, while Waste Not converts discarded cards into mana, cards, and Zombies. The list supports that plan with many discard creatures and spells, including Burglar Rat, Elderfang Disciple, Virus Beetle, Mind Rake, Unnerve, and Aclazotz, Deepest Betrayal. Liliana's Caress, Fell Specter, and Entropic Battlecruiser add life-loss pressure, while Geth's Grimoire and Black Market Connections provide card flow. The deck is strongest when it establishes a payoff before using a mass-discard spell. Its main limits are sorcery-speed commander activations, dependence on opponents' discarded card types, and limited protection. It can generate large swings and occasional explosive Waste Not turns, but ordinary draws do not reliably produce a compact table kill or a hard lock. The practical plan is attrition followed by a large Torment of Hailfire or Exsanguinate.
