Deck overview

This Grixis Demon tribal deck is commanded by Be'lakor, the Dark Master, aiming to leverage heavy Demon threats, enter-the-battlefield burn damage, and commanding aerial combat. The deck spends early turns developing mana via 2-to-3-CMC artifacts and cost reducers before casting Be'lakor on Turn 5 to refill the hand and establish its primary damage engine. From there, casting subsequent Demons like Archfiend of Despair, Lord Xander, the Collector, and Sower of Discord triggers Be'lakor's Lord of Torment ability, directing burn damage at any target while assembling an overwhelming flying board state. In the late game, the deck closes matches through compounded combat damage, flicker loops with Ghostly Flicker, a kicked Rite of Replication, alternate win conditions like Liliana's Contract, and mass reanimation via Patriarch's Bidding. The deck balances offensive power with flexible spot removal, counterspells, and tribal sweepers.
