Deck overview

Hylda of the Icy Crown is the engine and pay-off: every tap of an opponent's creature can become a 4/4 token, a team buff, or a card. The deck loads up on cheap instant tap spells, ETB tappers, and stun-counter effects to trigger Hylda repeatedly, then uses Verity Circle and Sharae for extra draw. Secondary paths are mass-tap lock pieces like Opposition and one-sided sweeps (Sunblast Angel, Split Up) that leverage a tapped board. There is no hidden commander; Vhal is only a mana accessory for activated costs. The deck wins by attacking with a wide token army boosted by Intangible Virtue and Citadel Siege.
