Deck overview

Codie, Vociferous Codex leads a spell-only strategy: because the deck contains no castable permanents besides Codie, every nonland card is an instant or sorcery. The primary plan is to activate Codie repeatedly, using untap spells to keep tapping it for WUBRG and free cascades into cheap draw spells, while land-tutors assemble Urza's Tower, Mine, Power Plant, Workshop, and Cave. The hidden engine is the Urza's Workshop package: once three artifacts exist (Codie plus Powerstone/Mite/Assembly-Worker tokens), repeated untaps of Workshop and Tower build enough colorless mana for Crackle with Power or Exsanguinate. Grapeshot storm and Mizzix's Mastery recursion are backups if the land package is disrupted.
