Format: Commander

Commander: Gale, Waterdeep Prodigy and Cloakwood Hermit

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Simic deck plays a graveyard-value game with Gale, Waterdeep Prodigy, using Cloakwood Hermit to turn self-mill into Squirrel tokens. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard, double-cast instants and sorceries through Gale, and close with animated lands or the Kitsa, Otterball Elite untap loop. Kitsa acts as a hidden copy-engine commander: once it has 3 power, Mobilize or Vitalize untaps it repeatedly, generating infinite untaps and copying Brain Freeze to mill the table. Secondary plans use Doppelgang with Eternal Witness to multiply value, and Nissa/Sylvan Awakening to create an overwhelming board. The commander is an engine, not a combo piece.
